Provincial Court of Bizkaia, dated
18th February 1997, for the crime
of torture to one-month imprisonment
and three months suspension
of duties within the FCSE.
The deeds referred to in the case
date back to 1983, when the Basque
citizen JAVIER FERNANDEZ was
arrested under anti-terrorist
legislation and tortured in police-station.
